Welcome to Mamorabilia. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of mamorabilia.com and to purchases made through the site.

Mamorabilia is operated by Henatolga Studio, LLC, a business registered in Wyoming, United States. Orders are personally prepared and shipped from Mexico.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the product or service listing, and the accompanying Privacy and Shipping policies.

1. Who May Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, to place an order or request a Private Project.

You agree to provide accurate contact, payment, billing, and delivery information.

2. The Nature of Mamorabilia

Mamorabilia offers books, original art, sculptures, garments, personal artifacts, commissioned work, and other curiosities connected to Heather Beck.

Many items are handmade, previously worn, experimental, vintage, personal, or one of a kind. Natural variation, wear, alteration, and evidence of an earlier life may be part of an object’s history rather than a defect.

Product descriptions, photographs, measurements, condition notes, and special instructions form part of these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Most listings may be purchased normally through the site. Certain personal, unusual, or especially significant pieces may require a conversation or short application before a sale is approved.

Submitting payment or an order does not guarantee acceptance. Mamorabilia may decline or cancel an order because of:

• Item unavailability or a listing error;

• Payment or fraud concerns;

• Shipping or legal restrictions;

• Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or disregard for personal boundaries; or

• Another reasonable circumstance that makes completing the transaction impractical or inappropriate.

If a paid order is declined before fulfillment, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Purchasing an item does not create an entitlement to personal access, friendship, private information, meetings, or continuing correspondence beyond what is reasonably necessary to complete the transaction.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in United States dollars.

Payment may be accepted through Stripe, PayPal, and the cryptocurrencies offered at checkout. Payment providers may impose their own terms and processing requirements.

Cryptocurrency purchases are treated as transactions valued in USD at the time payment is made. Any approved refund will be based on the original USD purchase amount—not a later change in cryptocurrency value—and may be issued through the original method or another reasonable method agreed upon with the customer.

Shipping costs and any other known charges will be disclosed before payment is finalized.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Contact heatherwiththebiz@gmail.com promptly to request a change, addition, or cancellation.

Orders may ordinarily be changed or cancelled before shipment, provided that custom work, personalization, or substantial preparation has not already begun. Once an order has shipped, the return and damage provisions below apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot legally be waived.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Completed items are generally shipped within seven days of order acceptance. This allows time for careful packaging, documentation, and the personal details that distinguish Mamorabilia from a fulfillment warehouse.

If an unexpected delay occurs, you will be contacted and may agree to the revised timeline or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Orders are shipped worldwide from Mexico, normally through DHL, with tracking and insurance. A complete street address is required; delivery to a post-office box is not available.

The buyer is responsible for:

• Providing a correct delivery address;

• Monitoring the tracking information;

• Being available to receive the package;

• Responding to DHL or customs authorities; and

• Paying any destination-country duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or customs charges.

Customs delays are outside Mamorabilia’s direct control.

Multiple purchases may be combined into one shipment when practical.

7. Discreet Packaging and Extras

Orders are shipped discreetly using a neutral return name and return address. Customs forms and courier documentation will still contain any information required by law.

Every package is intended to contain a small surprise. This may include a note, photograph, zine, studio scrap, curiosity, BeckBuck, or something selected with the particular order in mind.

These additions are complimentary gifts. Their contents and value are not guaranteed, and they are not grounds for a return, refund, or replacement. The mystery is rather the point.

8. Unique Items and Authenticity

Unless a listing states otherwise, original artworks, sculptures, garments, and personal artifacts are one of a kind.

For a garment, it is that garment. For an artwork, it is the piece Heather made once and does not intend to make again. When it is gone, it is generally gone (unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Original art and designated collectibles will include a signed certificate of authenticity with a photograph or identifying description of the item. When signing the object itself would be impractical, the certificate serves as its record of authenticity.

9. Returns and Damaged Items

Because many items are unique, personal, previously worn, or made for a particular buyer, completed sales are generally final.

A remedy may be available when:

• The wrong item was sent;

• The item was materially misrepresented;

• The shipment is lost; or

• The item arrives irretrievably damaged in transit.

Returns are not ordinarily accepted for fit, preference, minor disclosed wear, or a change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Each item and completed package may be photographed before shipment.

If an order appears damaged, contact heatherwiththebiz@gmail.com promptly—preferably within 48 hours—and include photographs of:

• The unopened exterior package;

• The shipping label;

• All internal packaging; and

• The affected item.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for fragile, interactive, or destructive artworks. Keep the item and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Some works are intentionally designed to be opened, broken, dismantled, or altered to reveal what is inside. This is optional, and is dependent on the decision of the customer, once they have received the product. Suspected transit damage must be documented before that process begins. Damage caused by the intended interaction with the artwork is not shipping damage.

When genuine transit damage occurs, Mamorabilia will work with the buyer and courier toward an appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or insurance resolution.

10. Private Projects

Private Projects may include writing, audio, inscriptions, personalized creative work, consultations, and other ideas agreed upon in advance.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Respectful and unusual ideas are welcome; harassment, coercion, repeated boundary-testing, and pointless lewdness are not.

Before work begins, the parties will agree upon the project’s:

• Scope and format;

• Price and payment schedule;

• Timeline;

• Revision terms;

• Intended use; and

• Relevant creative or personal boundaries.

Once work has begun, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable based on the work completed and expenses incurred.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Private Projects are provided for the purchaser’s personal, private, non-commercial enjoyment. They may not be published, redistributed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to train artificial-intelligence systems without written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a physical object transfers ownership of that particular object. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, reproduction rights, publicity rights, or commercial rights in Heather Beck’s writing, artwork, photographs, recordings, likeness, designs, or other creative material.

Site content and Mamorabilia branding may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially used without permission.

12. Liability and Governing Law

Items should be handled, displayed, worn, opened, or stored according to their listings and any included instructions. Mamorabilia is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, handling, alteration, or disregard of supplied instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamorabilia will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability that may legally be limited will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may otherwise apply.

The parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disagreements directly before beginning formal proceedings. Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional requirements, disputes will be handled by the appropriate state or federal courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The version in effect when an order is accepted will generally govern that transaction.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Adult Material, Creative Persona, and Entertainment Disclaimer

Certain Mamorabilia products, services, writings, recordings, images, and other materials may contain nudity, sensual themes, adult humor, mature subject matter, or other content intended solely for adults.

By accessing or purchasing age-restricted material, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to receive such material in your location. Mamorabilia is not responsible for access obtained through false information, circumvention of age restrictions, or another person’s unauthorized use of an account or device.

Mamorabilia content may incorporate fiction, dramatization, satire, role-play, performance, and elements of the Heather Beck creative persona. Unless a listing or written agreement expressly states otherwise, such content is provided as artistic expression and entertainment only. It should not be interpreted or relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, financial, spiritual, or other professional advice.

A purchase, Private Project, message, or other interaction with Heather Beck or Mamorabilia does not create a therapeutic, advisory, fiduciary, romantic, intimate, or continuing personal relationship. Customers receive only the item, service, communication, or creative work specifically described or agreed upon.

The artistic or performative nature of Mamorabilia does not make genuine business communications fictional. Order confirmations, project specifications, consent discussions, payment obligations, privacy commitments, delivery arrangements, and other transaction-related agreements remain valid according to their terms.

Ownership and permitted use of creative material are governed by the Intellectual Property and Private Projects sections of these Terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, digital and commissioned content is supplied solely for the purchaser’s private, personal, and noncommercial enjoyment.
